If you have a Google webmaster account or need to sign up then please click here to go to the Webmasters page.
Login with your details or register. Once in the dashboard add your domain name and click ADD SITE. In the overview page click VERIFY MY SITE. On choose verification method choose ADD A META TAG. Cut or copy the code.
Now go to your Moonfruit website and click ADMIN / SITE INFORMATION / SIGN UP FOR GOOGLE WEBMASTER TOOLS. Paste your code and click OK, and then OK again.
Go back to the page you got the code from and click verify. You eill then see You've successfully verified http://www.yourdomain.com
Now if you want to add a SITEMAP it is very easy to do so from here. Going to post seperately but you can continue to do so by doing the following:
On the page you are on or that said You've successfully verified http://www.yourdomain.com, look at the menu on the left and click SITEMAPS. Ypu will see your domain name and then an area where you can type. In this area after your domain type SITEMAP.XML and click SUBMIT SITEMAP. You will then see You have added http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml. Reports may take several hours to update. Thank you for your patience!
How to add verify your Moonfruit website with Google.
Where and how to enter the Google analytics code.
If you have not signed up for Google analytics yet then please click here to go to Google Analytics.
Once you have signed up, click ADD NEW PROFILE.
Add your domain name / website name after the http:// and click finish. The code you need is then at the bottom of the page. Cut or copy this code.
Now go to your Moonfruit website and click ADMIN / STATISTICS / SIGN UP FOR GOOGLE ANALYTICS and paste your code. Click OK, AND THEN ok AGAIN.
Go back to Google where you got the code from, and click finish near the bottom of the page. You will be taken to an overview page. If you see a little yellow triangle, click EDIT then on next page near the top click CHECK STATUS. You will then see Analytics has been successfully installed and data is being gathered now.
And that is it, enjoy all the data you will soon have on your website visitors.
Add Google sitemap to your Moonfruit website.

If you are already a member login. On the dashboard page click the website you want to submit a sitemap for. In the menu on the left click SITEMAPS. On the next page you will notice your domain with an area after it to type. In this area after your domain add SITEMAP.XML so it all looks like this www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml, then click OK and that is it. Your sitemap has been submitted to Google.
