Hello, got a problem with domain change-over, and hope you can help. My clients new site is up and ready, ive asked them to contact their domain provider to put in sitemaker IP. They dont know who has this. They do at the moment have a site running, mine is to replace theirs (its smilefm.es) . Nobody seems to know. Upon checking, i think its fasthosts, ive emailed them, but no reply, all i have is ns1.livedns.co.uk 213.171.192.250, and the same with ns2. I believe the domain company they bought the domain name from has gone bust. So, whats my plan for this?, hope you can help, like you have in the past on moonfruit forum, cheers, Dave.

IP and DNS A records are different.

The best and easiest way is to just point the DNS A records to Moonfruits. Moonfruits DNS A records are 146.101.249.107

Alternatively you can transfer the domain to Moonfruit to stop all this happening. Go to domains in Moonfruit, click transfer and add the domain you wish to transfer and click submit. It will then give you instructions on what you need to do on the fasthosts end.
